Short-term effects: The immediate impact of alcohol on the body and mind, including the effects on mood, behavior, and coordination.

Long-term effects: The chronic impact of alcohol on physical and mental health, including liver disease, cancer, and cognitive impairment.

Dependency: How alcohol dependency develops, and the signs and symptoms to look out for.

Delivering brief interventions: How to assess alcohol use, provide feedback, and encourage behavior change in a brief intervention setting.
