The Comfort Zone provides a place to freshen up and a supportive environment for those without permanent accommodation.
What we do
The Comfort Zone provides a safe place for those without permanent accommodation to freshen up and access fresh food and drink. There will always be a hot drink and a warm welcome. You can access shower and laundry facilities, have a cuppa and a bite to eat, and chat to someone who’s there to listen.
We also offer spare clothing kindly donated by local people and services.
Our housing team are always on hand for support if you want to talk to them – if not, you can enjoy the warmth, read a book or watch a movie.

As from the 10th May, The Comfort Zone will be back up and running after a lengthy period of being closed due to Covid restrictions. We are delighted to announce the re-opening times are:
Tuesdays 08:00 – 12Pm
Thursdays 08:00 – 12Pm
You don’t need to be referred to us, you can come and see us at any time during opening hours (please note – there may be a wait to access shower facilities)

We would welcome any donations of fresh bedding, toiletries, food, cleaning facilities, sleeping bags, clothing and shoes. If you would like to donate anything, please fill in the form below and a member of our team will be in touch.
