Andy and Natasha, our housing co-ordinators work with a variety of agencies such as socially registered landlords, accredited private landlords and housing needs which allows to help with a wide range of housing related needs according to clients issues.

Our team also work with benefit agencies and debt relief, meaning that they can also support you with any queries or issues you may be having with money, your benefit entitlements and debt.

Calico floating support also work alongside our team of housing workers and attend the drop-ins to maximise the ongoing support for all our clients.

She ProjectSHE/INCAS aim to provide quality accommodation for people in housing need and offer a high standard of property management. All properties offered through SHE/INCAS are designed to be adapted to clients changing needs and are mainly supporting single people in recovery treatment with Inspire. Level of housing needs is assessed and allocation will take place accordingly from this and applicants must be over 18 years of age.

Our partners Emerging Futures offer transitional abstinent based recovery housing in East Lancashire. These are single sex 3 bedroom properties, furnished to a very high standard. We only source properties in sought after areas, and of the quality that we would live in ourselves.

In order to be considered for our recovery housing, residents must be willing to engage in meaningful activity throughout the day and pay a weekly service charge of £15 to cover utilities and insurances.
